Below are our policies regarding the fulfillment of services and refunds:
Fulfillment Policy
Proposals and Invoicing:
Upon agreeing to purchase our services, you will receive a detailed proposal outlining all fees, charges, payment schedules, and specific terms, including any refund eligibility.
If services are eligible for a refund, the conditions and amounts will be explicitly stated in the proposal.
Once the proposal is agreed upon and signed, an invoice will be issued for payment, which can be made via bank transfer or credit card.
Service Delivery:
Services will be delivered as outlined in the signed proposal.
Payment secures the services specified, and credits from unused payments can be applied to future services as per the agreement.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refunds:
Refunds are typically not offered due to the nature of our services.
Any refund eligibility and conditions will be detailed in your specific proposal.
In extreme circumstances where services are not fulfilled and we choose to discontinue working with a client, a refund for remaining credit may be issued at our sole discretion.
Cancellation by the Client:
If you choose to discontinue services, any remaining credit can:
Be applied toward future services, which must be used within 90 days (extensions granted at our discretion).
Be transferred to another service as agreed upon.
Be forfeited if unused within the specified time.
Exceptional Circumstances:
If services cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen reasons, we will work with you to resolve the situation, which may include applying credits to other services or issuing a refund, as determined by us.
